Rivals of Aether is a popular indie fighting game that first launched on PC and Nintendo Switch. The pixel art style and unique roster of elemental characters made it a hit among fighting game fans. While highly requested, official mobile ports for Rivals of Aether have not been announced yet. The game was developed by Dan Fornace and published by Dan Fornace LLC. As an independent studio, they currently do not have plans to bring Rivals of Aether to Android or iOS. However, the success of the console and PC versions may convince the developers to expand to mobile in the future. Even though it's not available yet, Rivals of Aether could be adapted well to touch screen controls. The game only uses 4 buttons for attacks and movement, which could be easily implemented on virtual buttons or gestures. A mobile version would also allow cross-platform play with PC and Switch. For now, the only way to play Rivals of Aether on mobile is through game streaming services like Steam Link. Fans eager for a native Android and iOS version will have to wait and see if the developers eventually announce official mobile ports. Until then, they can enjoy the fast-paced platform fighter action by downloading the game on Nintendo Switch or PC platforms. We'll provide an update right here if Rivals of Aether ever gets confirmed for release on Android and iOS.
